About the Call for Speakers

The AADOM 2027 Annual Conference is seeking dynamic speakers who can inspire, educate, and equip dental office management professionals with actionable strategies they can immediately apply in their practices. Selected presentations will be featured as 90-minute sessions within the conference program, providing opportunities for speakers to share expertise, spark discussion, and drive professional growth across the dental management community.

All speaker submissions are carefully reviewed by AADOM staff and selected based on topic relevance, audience engagement, educational value, and their role in building a well-rounded conference experience.

AADOM is accredited by AGD PACE, and all continuing dental education activities will be conducted in accordance with applicable accreditation standards and guidelines.

Course Submission Guidelines & Tips:

1. Speaker Information


Full contact details, biography, and a professional headshot are required for all speakers. Headshots must be submitted as square images (300 ร— 300 pixels) in JPG or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 2 MB. Please note that CVs are not accepted.

2. Title Requirements

Titles should not exceed 200 characters and must be engaging, clear, and concise. If chosen, the title will be used for public-facing promotion of the course.

3. Course Duration

Courses are offered in 90-minutes format.

4. Experience Level

Select the appropriate level from the dropdown menu: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.

5. Learning Objectives

Include 3โ€“4 course learning objectives. Each submission should be 500 characters or less.


6. Course description


Summarize course purpose and expand on learning objectives (max 2,000 characters).

 

 7. Writing Quality Standards

Please ensure all submissions are carefully proofread, as content will be used for website listings and attendee course selection.


After review, selected courses may be edited for clarity prior to being published or used in promotional materials.

8. Honorarium Policy

A single honorarium will be issued per course submission, regardless of the number of speakers.

9. Compliance Requirements

All submissions must fully comply with AGD PACE guidelines for continuing dental education, including standards related to commercialism, bias, and image authenticity.
